If you reach out via a contact form or by email, the details you provide will be stored for up to six months in order to process your request and respond to potential follow-up questions. This data will not be shared without your consent. The information collected may include your name and email address, as far as they allow for identification.

You may subscribe to my newsletter through this website. For this, I require your email address and consent. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to verify your subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@jakobresch.photography. Your data related to the newsletter will then be deleted immediately. Your personal data will always be treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will never be shared with third parties or used for unsolicited advertising.
Storage and Retention
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the requested services. Once the purpose of processing has ended, your personal data will be deleted. Data processing is carried out on the legal basis of GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. f (legitimate interest). My legitimate interest is the improvement of my website and services.

All personal data is stored on secure servers provided by my hosting partner easyname, located in Austria. The data center is ISO 27001 certified. All transmission and processing of personal data takes place exclusively in encrypted form. Access is restricted to authorized individuals only.
Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your stored data, as well as rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability, and withdrawal of consent. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
